The leadership under the guidance of President Manyara Irene Muyenziwa recently visited numerous marginalised areas such as Binga, Gokwe, Chimanimani, Chiredzi and Tsholotsho meeting the masses, twigging their challenges as well as proffering solutions and hope.
The recent visits across the nation unravelled a lot of socio-economic plights such as poverty, health system decay, prostitution, unemployment and serious infrastructural underdevelopment.
The party noted with sadness how some villagers in places like Mwenezi have to walk for more than 15 kilometers in accessing the nearest clinic.
The party also lamented lack of infrastructural development in some marginalised areas , where roads are in poor state.The leadership implored the citizens to remain hopeful as the party is going to address all the challenges in 2023 if given the mandate to govern by the electorate.
FORUS will avert poverty through reviving the agricultural sector, prioritizing rural economic development through establishing world standard infrastructure and attract investment.
The party will implement a raft of policy changes in mining sector for the betterment of the nation.
The leadership is keeping their hands on the deck as they are seized with the move of canvassing rural support.
The upcoming elections in 2023 will be a real test of character to the ZANU-PF party which has been at the helm since 1980.
